Looking for a motivated maintenance supervisor for a 165 unit property. The maintenance supervisor is responsible for overseeing all of the Maintenance. Also maintains the physical condition of all of the resident apartments, including grounds and landscape, through contracted services or by work order. This involves ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The supervisor supervises, motivates, and trains the Maintenance staff, prioritizes work orders and service requests, and is responsible for the inventory and condition of equipment, tools, and supplies. Also acts as a lead contact to other team members for trouble shooting and guidance needed for
work orders and inventories supply, ensuring that an accurate and organized inventory of all supplies is maintained for each assigned property. Must be HVAC Certified and be able to work after hour emergencies.

Salary: $17.50 to $18.50 /hour
