Are you looking for a long-term and stable position, AND, an employer that offers tremendous growth opportunities? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to be a part of our fast-growing Operations Team.
The right person for this role will have experience as a Team Lead or Manager of Handyman/ Maintenance Techs or working for single-family REITs providing maintenance for single-family homes, or as a Senior Maintenance tech working at a large multi-family property. The right candidate will have broad experience handling general HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, toilets, painting, flooring, appliances, doors, walls/drywall, and minor exterior work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain our luxury properties in the Tampa metro area.
Lead and oversee the team repair structures such as showers, sinks, toilets, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
Minor HVAC repairs and replenishing refrigerants.
Minor Appliance Repair.
Must be able to exemplify and exercise discretion and sound independent judgment to evaluate the quality of work.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of Real Estate Construction, Renovations, and Repairs.
Minimum 3-5 years building maintenance experience performing some carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and painting.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & high-performance standards
Excellent communication skills (both oral & written).
Must be able to speak, write, and understand English.
Ability to work efficiently and to multi-task
Proven record of working independently and with minor supervision
An effective team player with a positive attitude
Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
Prior maintenance experience working at a large multi-family property, or within the single-family rental industry
EDUCATION
High school or equivalent (required)
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS
Valid Driver’s License
EPA (preferred)
OSHA (preferred)

Pay rate: $28-$30/hr
