Looking for Maintenance Supervisor for a Property in Tarpon Springs, Florida
Must have the following:
1. Previous maintenance experience or experience in a related field.
2. Personable and trustworthy character
3. Ability to understand the problems of residents
4. Concern for a work safety program
5. Be organized and be able to multi-task.
6. Some type of formal training or experience in the following areas:
a. Carpentry
b. Plumbing
c. Electrical
d. Painting
e. Know how to problem solve
f. Knowledge with Appliance repairs
g. Refurbishing and cleaning
h. Air conditioning and heating
i. HVAC Certified a MUST.
7. Willingness to contribute in other than maintenance, i.e. cleaning, grounds, etc.
8. Be Available to work overtime if needed.
