Maintenance Supervisor needed for Luxury Lease-up in Land O’ Lakes, Florida! The Maintenance Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, and preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. This position is also responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of supplies for repairs and monthly maintenance budget monitoring. The Maintenance Supervisor supervises on-site maintenance staff and will be required to work a flexible schedule to include on-call.
