We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for apartment community, River Garden Apartments, in Tampa FL.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have several years of supervisory experience, and hands-on experience in general plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. You must be able to be on-call some weekends.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- Two – five years in multifamily property maintenance
- One – three years supervisory experience
- Very strong organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities
- Strong plumbing and carpentry skills
- Electrical trouble shooting and repair
- Appliance service and repair
- HVAC certified
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer centric mentality
