The Beck at Hidden River, a 204-unit luxury community in the “New” Tampa area, is interviewing candidates for a Maintenance Supervisor position. The ideal candidate possesses 5 years of apartment maintenance experience, 3 years as a Supervisor leading a team of 2 or more, is HVAC certified (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) and can oversee the maintenance for the property.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years apartment maintenance experience with 3 years of proven supervisory experience
- HVAC Certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal), CPO preferred
- Experience supervising a team of 2 or more employees
- Strong, proven knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock & appliance repair
- Experienced inspecting grounds, building & other community features, manage the turnkey operations & work directly with the Property Manager in the overall maintenance of the community
- Skilled in use of computers and online aps, preferably with working knowledge of Yardi
- Excellent with customer service skills, prioritizing work and delegation to team
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & possess strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Provide own tools
- Ability to take after hours and on–call emergencies (rotation basis)
