  • Prior mechanical or painting experience is a plus

A DAY IN THE LIFE

You will lead, develop and work alongside the maintenance crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment. You will be directing team members to perform routine maintenance such as: sweeping, litter pickup and disposal, painting and pressure washing.  The position requires work to be performed both indoors and outdoors year-round.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years’ experience managing direct reports
  • Evaluate and verify employee’s performance through review process
  • Advanced understanding in inventory management and supply
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 19 years old
