Currently we are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor which is an important part of our management team. The right candidate needs to be a team player with a positive can-do attitude.

The position responsibilities include maintaining the physical condition of community according to company operating and safety standards; organizing and prioritizing and ensuring that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner; overseeing turnkey operations and that vacant units are made rent-ready in a timely manner; maintaining a preventative maintenance program; adhering to community budgets; managing maintenance personnel including preparation of schedules; managing vendor relationships and scheduling; recordkeeping; monitoring performance of work orders; and other jobs as required. On-call, after-hour emergency service may be required

Position also requires the ability to transport a minimum of 50 pounds variable distances; the mobility and flexibility to walk, bend, kneel, and reach to perform above duties as stated; the ability to work outdoors on a consistent basis, and assist with emergency measures as required in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • 3 – 5 years: Previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade in a managerial role.

Education
