FT Maintenance Team Leader – Condominium Complex. Hourly, Non-exempt.
Must have good working knowledge and experienced in construction/remodeling, general maintenance, painting, pressure washing, plumbing, HVAC, lift station and some basic sprinkler systems. Experienced with pools (CPO) and entry gate systems a plus, bi-lingual a big plus but not required. Prefer having own hand & small power tools and truck w/hitch (mileage & fuel paid). Good with PC, Word, Outlook email and Excel a big plus. Good organizational skills needed for maintaining projects schedule.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hr. lunch – 40 hrs./week, occasional OT as needed. Rotating weekend day (2-3 hrs.) with PT guy. On-call 24/7 for emergencies. Living near Westchase/Citrus Park is a plus or at least within 30 minutes of property, Golf cart, major power tools and equipment on-hand. Typical lifting, carrying and operating tools & equipment (avg. 80 lbs.) in a 90% exterior environment required, able to climb up to two stories and work from ladders, scaffolding, etc. as needed.
Benefits available after 90 days including vacation, PTO, paid holidays and insurance. $18/hr. range, negotiable depending on experience and certifications.
Must have current driver’s license, pass a drug test and have a clean criminal background.
