HVAC CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Must be self motivated, organized and have the ability to be professional, courteous with residents, prospects and co workers.
Strong multi-tasking capability with the ability to handle competing deadlines
Must have reliable transportation to work at multiple sites.
Must have own tools
Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Completes all work orders in a timely manner.
Responds to on call emergencies
Make Readies/Turning vacant units
Painting/drywall
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry & appliance repairs
Must be able to handle heavy machinery
Pressure Washing
Maintains grounds on a daily basis
Keeps compactor area clean
Works within the budget to keep operating costs in control
Change locks and maintain keys
