Qualifications:
- Mid-Rise Experience is preferred
- HVAC and CPO certification required
- Must have 4-6 Years of experience in Multi-family Maintenance
- Multi-Family Experience Required.
- Duties include (but are not limited to): Make-ready/turnover, grounds, painting, electrical, plumbing and general repairs.
- Lots of walking
- Responsibilities include on call.
