JOB SUMMARY: Maintenance Technician 3
Being part of our team does not just take technical skills to be successful – it takes a passion and an instinct for caring that changes lives and strengthens teams.
Our Maintenance Technician positions play an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our residents by maintaining and improving the overall appearance of the property. Duties include are not limited to the following:
- Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and complete required repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in our apartment homes and community.
- Coordinate and organize projects, daily work orders, and assignments with supervisor, vendors, and other team members.
- The ability to train, supervise, and mentor junior maintenance personnel.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new move in.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
- Provide 24 hour emergency service when scheduled.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 years of job related experience
- Boilers license, Pool operator’s license, and EPA certification preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. safely
A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check will be conducted.
