Our top-rated Senior Living Community has an immediate opening for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in apartment and/or facility maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Ensures a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff
*Handles service tickets
*Performs routine preventive and general maintenance on entire property including electrical, plumbing & appliance repairs
*Maintains cooling and heating systems
*Maintains pool/spa areas
*Acknowledges emergency maintenance calls within 30 minutes
*Rotating weekends

Required Experience:
1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience
