– HVAC Certified (Requirement)
– Organized & Detail Oriented
– Strong Punch-out experience
– Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
– Irrigation knowledge
– Strong customer service skills
– Positive, team-oriented attitude
– Prior experience in multi-family housing
– On-call required (weekends included)
– Above average communication & customer service skills necessary
– Positive / “Can Do” attitude
