Experienced Maintenance Technician for commercial and residential building maintenance. The work will be in Tampa and surrounding areas where we have property. Jack of all Trades, Maintenance, Carpenter, Handyman, Roofer, Painter, Electrician, ETC., needed to work various projects. Full time and part time positions needed. Someone with experience in roofing, general repairs, and maintenance would be a huge plus. This is a job for hard working candidates wishing to grow with a company. The work can either be full or part time, depending on availability.

Our office is located at 1601 North 39th Street in Tampa -(just north of Adamo Dr.)- in the industrial district of Ybor City. Please excuse our dust!! We have purchased a 1950’s brick warehouse, one of the largest in the Tampa Bay area and we are renovating the property and our offices over time. Hours 10 am – 4 pm, Monday-Friday.
