PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
We are searching for new employees with the following qualifications:
HVAC Certification and HVAC experience preferred
Painting experience a plus
Pool experience a plus
Clean background is a must
Reliable transportation to, from, and at work with valid driver’s license
Performance of maintenance requests, punch outs, among other general duties
Those with extensive experience as a maintenance supervisor should not apply as this is an entry/mid level position and we are looking to train this person to be a supervisor.
*******This job also requires that the technician be on call once on a revolving basis. This is a full time job.
In addition, we are searching for individuals who live within 15-20 minutes of either USF or South Tampa area (McDill). Please respond with resume.
