Growing Property Management Company is currently looking for an experienced full time Maintenance Tech, HVAC Certified, for apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL.
* HVAC Certified Only in Property Management for Apartment Communities.
* General Knowledge of Maintenance Repairs
* Installing of interior items for apartment units.
* Electrical knowledge helpful
* Must be able to work in a fasted pace environment
* Manage clean and safe work area.
* Must be detailed oriented!
* Have reliable transportation
* Go-getter attitude
* Keeping the community operating smoothly and according to safety standards.
* Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors and supervisors.
* Work with service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times.
* 1 year experience in multi- family
