The Mahaffey Apartment Company, owners and managers of over 8,500 apartment units in Central Florida is looking for a A/C Maintenance Technician.
These positions are located at our community in Tampa – Carlton Arms North – on Fletcher Ave a few miles west of I-75.Built in 1984, this property is located on 75 lush acres of wooded lakefront and riverfront property on the Hillsborough River.
Carlton Arms North – A/C Maintenance Technician
If hired, you would be responsible for (but not limited to):
- A/C Replacement/Repair/Troubleshooting (HVAC certification required) CPO certification a plus
- Appliance troubleshooting and repair
- Plumbing, electrical, painting & carpentry repairs
- Performance of all general maintenance
- Must have your own vehicle for work use
- Prefer that you have some Apartment Maintenance experience
Job Specifics:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
On Call work required on rotating schedule
Compensation: Negotiable / Depends on Experience
WEEKLY GAS ALLOWANCE
1 week vacation after one year
2 weeks vacation after two years and above
Discretionary days on an escalating basis up to 7 per year
Health/Dental Insurance available after 75 day waiting period
Florida Drivers License required and good driving record
Good background required
HVAC Certification is required
CPO certification a plus
