We’re looking for a all-around person that can Take care of our beautiful Community.
This is a part-time position.
Must be able to work on your own with little supervision and get the job done.
Must have pride in your work.
And a smile on your face

Here is what we are looking for!

Must be a Self starter.

Must be able to do light grounds keeping.

Pressurewashing of landings and sidewalks.
Light painting..

Cleaning up debris on property around dumpster etc.

Blowing off parking lot and landings.

Light trimming of bushes.

Cleaning around the dumpsters.

Making sure all the lighting is working. ie bulbs

This job is as a general maintenance and cleaning position in an upscale condominium complex located in Clearwater. The buildings are two story. There is a pool area with a cabana you will be required to keep clean. Including the bathrooms at the pool area and emptying the trash.

12.00 an hour review after 45 days

Experience:

  • plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • maintenance technician: 1 year (Preferred)
  • apartment maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
  • PAINTING: 1 year (Preferred)
  • maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
  • electrical: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

  • Driver’s License (Preferred)

Language:

  • ENGLISH (Preferred)
