Condominium property in Dunedin is hiring for the position of maintenance.
Qualifications: Must have general knowledge and good skills in basic plumbing, electric, irrigation systems, drywall repairs, stucco and painting for this Condominium community consisting of multi -story units and townhomes. Must be willing to be on call for emergencies on a rotating schedule. Must have the ability to do job responsibilities without supervision, have good communication skills and a positive attitude. The job is working mostly outside around the property.
Hiring requirements.
Must have at least 3 years maintenance experience for condominium or apartment style communities.
Must be able to pass a drug screening test and background check.
Must have valid drivers license and a dependable vehicle.

Salary: $34,000.00 to $37,000.00 /year
