Minimum Required Qualifications (do not apply if you do not meet these minimum qualifications)
- EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED required. (Vocational or college credentials a plus)
- CERTIFICATIONS – HVAC certification required.
- EXPERIENCE – 3+ years experience in apartment building maintenance with a proven track record of working independently required.
- COMMUNICATION – Ability to speak, read and write in English. (Bilingual English/Spanish spoken a plus)
- ORGANIZATION – Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete assignments in a timely manner required.
- SCHEDULE – Dedication to arriving on or before agreed upon start time required.
- SCREENING – Criminal background check required.
- TRANSPORTATION – Dependable transportation to and from work required.
Additional Qualifications
- EDUCATION – Computer literate a plus.
- CERTIFICATIONS – additional maintenance related certifications a plus.
- COMMUNICATION – Bilingual English/Spanish spoken and written a plus.
