Full Job Description
Davis Island Apartments is looking for a maintenance technician to join our maintenance staff. We need someone that is self-motivating, efficient with scheduling their time and customer oriented. The maintenance technician needs to have the basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical, appliance repairs and air conditioning experience. Our candidate needs to be EPA certified as well. The maintenance technician will be helping with our vacant units for make ready. They will be responsible for responding to resident maintenance requests and maintaining the buildings and grounds of the apartment community. Our candidate will need their own transportation, a valid driver’s license and background screening required. This is a fulltime position from Monday to Friday and will be on call. Our maintenance technician will have a competitive salary with benefits.
