You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of small apartment buildings around Pinellas County. Travel between sites is required.
-Clean background required. Drug test and criminal background check required.
-Reliable transportation and basic tools required.
-Plumbing, electrical, and handyman services required. HVAC experience is a plus.
-Must be able to reach out to tenants and schedule work (Must be fluent in English).
-View online work orders, make notes, and close out when completed. (Must be able to use computer and an app from your own phone.)
-Communicate daily with property manager on progress.
-Multiple locations throughout Tampa Bay. You will travel between sites.

El trabajo esta localizado primariamente en St. Petersburg/ Pinellas Park.
Este es un trabajo de tiempo completo que podria requerir algun fin de semana o emergencias que se presenten fuera de horas laborables.
Salario es basado en experiencia , habilidades y/o certificaciones que posea el candidato.
