Full Job Description
Maintenance Technician needed for a 130 unit apartment community in Tampa and Brandon, FL. All candidates MUST be HVAC certified and MUST have experience and a working knowledge of the apartment maintenance industry. After hours emergency call rotation schedule. Duties are, but not limited to: – Punch- Painting- HVAC- Electrical- Plumbing- light Carpentry work and able to install ceramic tiles. Responsibilities also include: building maintenance (inside/outside, cleaning/landscaping) etc.
Living on site preferred. Must be willing to travel to other properties in Tampa.
Must be able to pass a full background check — no exceptions. Must be honest, reliable, hard working. Organizational skills a must! References and last 2 years work history required.
