Maintenance Technician ~ Full-Time

St. Joseph Catholic Church has an immediate opening for a full-time maintenance technician.
Responsible for maintenance, renovation and upkeep of equipment and facilities. Includes both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
Provides routine maintenance including preventative the maintenance schedules for lighting, HVAC, and rotating equipment. Responsible for general appearance of the grounds and buildings: trash removal, peeling paint, dirty floors and windows. Capable of lifting 50 pounds.
Duties are split evenly between the parish and the school on a weekly basis.
Ability to read and write in both Spanish and English.
All candidates must pass a Level ll FDLE/FBI Background Screening and attend Safe Environment Training.
