Maintenance Technician Position Available at an On-site Condominium Association in southern Pinellas County, Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 4p.m. Candidate must have years of experience. Duties include diagnosing plumbing and electrical issues, pressure washing, plumbing leaks and repairing inoperative circuit breakers. This is a great opportunity for a responsible, stable, long term team player. Salary based on experience, includes full benefit package.
