Full Job Description
Maintenance Technician Position Available at an On-site Condominium Association in southern Pinellas County, Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. to 4p.m., and Friday 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Candidate must have experience, and basic hand tools. Duties include cleaning, pressure washing, light plumbing and electrical, painting, drywall, and woodwork/fence installation. Work environment is mainly outdoors. This is a great opportunity for a responsible, stable, long term team player. Salary based on experience, includes full benefit package. Includes on-call emergency rotation.
