Full Job Description
We at Hendricks Enterprises Investors & Realtors are looking for an experienced, motivated, hardworking and upbeat maintenance technician to fill a full time position with in our Property Management company to help at our many apartment communities throughout Pinellas County. The job requires basic repair skills.
Repair skills needed: basic plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC knowledge, basic drywall, basic carpentry, paint skills are required.
Technician must have a variety of basic maintenance tools in order to complete the jobs for the skills listed above and transportation to and from work. We have a full time in house painter and we have major AC, electric and plumbing companies that we work with to complete the more complicated work.
Your skills and experience will dictate the level of compensation you will earn. The compensation will likely start between $13.00 and $18.00 an hour.
