Adara Communities is looking for an ALL STAR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join the Walden Lakewood family!!
This is a Full Time position.
Job Requirement
- MINIMUM of 2+ years prior maintenance experience working in the apartment community industry
- HVAC Certification REQUIRED
- Must have experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair and Pools
- Assist with various projects as assigned by Lead Maintenance Manager
- Assist with completing service requests
- Assist team with make readies and upgrading apartments
- Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
- Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation
