KRI Properties, a growing apartment management and investment company has an immediate opening for an experienced apartment maintenance technician for multiple properties located in the Tampa Bay area for Hillsborough county. We are looking to fill 1 open position for Hillsborough county. This position is for a multi site maintenance technician, HVAC certification is required.
Duties to include are completing work orders, turning suites, and other special projects. Work to include plumbing, light electrical, drywall repairs, painting, as well as misc. repairs. On call responsibilities will be required, as well as be responsible to answer after hours calls for multiple site coverage on a rotation call schedule.
