Large Apartment Complex in Tampa in 33614:
We are looking for a Maintenance tech with experience to join our family. Someone who takes pride in there work and takes even greater pride in there community. If you are that person please apply or stop by our office from 9 am to 5 pm Mondays through Fridays at 8505 Lincoln Cove Drive Tampa FL. 33614. Hourly Pay will reflect upon experience.
Duties will include Air conditioning repair and installation, basic plumbing and basic electrical repairs and overall maintenance property issues. Working with staff and tenants Completing assigned work orders in a timely manner. Experience is a MUST and tools and transportation required. 40 hours weekly plus for on-call. On-Call is every 3 weeks on a regular rotating basis. Excellent benefits-Vacation & Personal Time, health, dental, vision, life insurance plan. BI-Lingual (Spanish and English preferred).
