Top candidates will have the following qualifications:
Multi-Family Property Maintenance experience required – 2+ years
HVAC certification
Knowledgeable in all areas of maintenance
Ability to follow directions and work well with others required
Must be able to speak and write English
This is a full time position offering great pay and full benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k.
Regular schedule may include weekends.
