Building Maintenance
Description- a maintenance technician assigned to perform a variety of work in the building such as small repairs, painting, ensuring that all equipment is working properly, frequent visual inspections of roof, air conditioning vents and units, working with a building committee, removing debris from the property, contacting vendors when needed. A full job description will be provided at the interview. Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be under direct supervision of the Property Manager with the performance of special projects from the Condominium Associations President.
Preferred Qualifications- previous experience as a maintenance technician of a company building.
20-25 hours per week
