Property Management company looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician for a property located in Palm Harbor, FL. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as basic Maintenance, janitorial, lawn care etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. 5 days/wk. M-F. Salary based on Experience. Background check. DFWP. EOE
This position is starting as part-time with a possibility of going full-time in the future.
