$16 – $17 an hour
Fractured condo only 48 units to service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail minded. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the multi-family housing industry and possess general knowledge of maintenance repairs.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to do:
- Turnover of vacant units.
- Perform service requests for residents.
- Troubleshoot repairs inside apartment homes.
- Able to attend after hours emergencies.
- Other duties as required by Property Manager
REQUIRED Job Skills:
- MUST be HVAC/EPA Certified.
- Basic plumbing.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make appliance repairs.
- Key and lock replacement.
- Basic Painting, drywall, and carpentry skills.
- The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.
- Reliable, meet deadlines, and be a team player.
- Applicants must have own tools.
- Applicants must be HVAC certified. *
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
- Applicants must be willing and able to work overtime for emergency calls.
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus
