A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As the on-site Maintenance Technician at our beautiful community, you play a vital role in our management team. You ensure that all mechanical aspects of the property are functioning smoothly. You keep equipment maintained according to manufacturer specifications and make sure that all federal and state guidelines are followed. You are a leader, a go-getter, an organizer, a scheduler, a record-keeper, a problem-solver, and a hands-on technician. You love the variety inherent in your job!
Although you thrive tinkering and making things work, you also feel a sense of accomplishment when completing necessary administrative duties. You coordinate maintenance requests, turn-over residences in a timely manner, and keep supplies and tools orderly. You keep records and communicate with the corporate office, vendors, and contractors. You also uphold the professional reputation of the company through your attention to detail and on-the-job positive attitude. You continue to improve your knowledge and skills and stay motivated to do the highest-quality work at all times. Your take pride in the upkeep of your property. - Relevant education
- HVAC certification a plus!
- Previous maintenance experience
