Hiring for an experienced maintenance technician for a condo complex. Must live in Westchase area and have reliable transportation. Must have own basic tools.
Relevant experience include light electrical, light plumbing, basic landscape maintenance (there is a landscape contractor), tool & equipment use, etc.
If a resident would like to hire you for work on their personal unit, you are permitted to accept, HOWEVER, you MUST perform the work when your shift for the day has ended, or on days you are not working for the community. While you are on the clock for the community, you MAY NOT perform extra work for pay for any resident.
The schedule must be the same every week, however you can choose your 8 hour shift within the following window- start 7-9, end 4-6. Once you choose, that is your set schedule.

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
