As a Maintenance Technician, you aren’t just fixing a leaky faucet or replacing a hot water tank. It’s your customer service skills and attention to detail that ensures the resident’s satisfaction and the feeling of being at Home. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Effectively handle resident service requests and work orders, correcting the situation within 24 hours when possible Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, A/C, HVAC, appliances, and interiors Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, apartment make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc. Respond to on-call emergencies. Stay current on all applicable building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications:
Your Skills – Show us what you got:
- Universal EPA certification required
- Experience as a maintenance technician for at least 1 year preferred
- Strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn attitude
- Apartment housing experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing & HVAC
- Organized, efficient and detail-oriented to complete work orders
- Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights/weekends and emergency-on-call rotation
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- The technician must have basic tools and be able to pass a basic maintenance test.
- Must Reliable transportation and valid instate driver’s license
**This is a full-time position that consists of emergency on-call commitment**
