Maintenance Technician
Looking for an experienced Apartment maintenance technician to join our team.
Position Information:
As the Maintenance and Grounds expert of your community, you will be responsible for completing work orders to maintain and repair physical structures of buildings and grounds.
- You will be responsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as, but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, wood repair, and exterior structure maintenance.
- Must experience and knowledge in plumbing, painting, flooring, HVAC and electric.
- Prepare vacant apartments for our future resident by carefully inspecting, evaluating, and making any necessary repairs.
- Ensure workplace safety through the participation of all applicable safety rules and requirements.

Position Requirements:
- Two – Seven years of related experience and/or training in areas such as plumbing, painting, floor, drywall repair, appliance repair, electrical, and HVAC.
- Must hold a certification/licensure in HVAC / Universal EPA.
- Renovations experience a plus
- A valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
