The Maintenance Technician responsible for maintenance related duties on the property. It is his/her responsibility for responding to maintenance requests as instructed by the Property Manager, property staff or owners.
Essential Functions
Respond to service requests, diagnoses problems and repairs, HVAC , Electrical, Plumbing, Minor Carpentry, Minor Drywall and Appliance repairs. Other diagnostics and repair may be needed –
Make ready vacant units within a specified time for completion and pass inspection.
Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter. – Rakes, sweeps, shovels as circumstances warrant.
Maintenance On Call 24/7, 365 days per year split between Maintenance team.
