Full Job Description
Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general upkeep of properties and durable assets of multiple entities located in Ybor City. This position works alongside existing housekeeping and reports to management.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Perform minor and routine maintenance.
– Inspect properties and report deficiencies.
– Maintain equipment in good working condition.
– Casual labor up to 75 lbs, as directed.
Qualified candidates should possess:
– Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
– Work in upright position, as well as crawl and crouch if necessary.
– Work at heights above ground.
– Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
– Previous experience as maintenance technician or providing handiwork service.
Mandatory office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Availability outside of office hours is frequently necessary. Our properties and office are non-smoking environments.
