Maintenance technician position for a retail/office complex handling all tenant related issues, all maintenance at the Village & Property Owners Association. Previous maintenance technician required some knowledge of electrical, plumbing and irrigation background helpful. Duties include: various maintenance duties, trash pick up, fountain maintenance, irrigation, light plumbing work, light electrical work, maintain curb appeal for buildings and surrounding property. Overall, we are looking for a handyman to keep up with any and all building maintenance.
