Full Job Description
Maintenance Tech-F/T for 219 unit apartment community in Tampa. 1 year experience preferred but will train if you have basic, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance experience in community management. HVAC-Certified a plus. Job duties include but not limited to servicing apartments, make-ready apartments, service requests, picking up grounds etc. A full job description will be provided at time of interview.
