HVAC-CERTIFIED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR APARTMENT COMPLEX (TAMPA)
Compensation: Salary Based on Experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
The ideal candidates must be able to “walk” the property on a regular and as-needed basis in order to perform his or her job duties and be on call when needed. The ideal candidates must have the physical capability to walk all around the property (including stairs), lift heavy items, and otherwise perform a variety of physical tasks. The duties and requirements of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
* Associate’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology or Engineering
*HVAC Certified
*Apartment Experience
*Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry work, appliance repair, apartment make ready, etc.
*Work with Maintenance Supervisor/Office Manager and remaining on-site staff to ensure apartment units, common areas and ground are properly maintained.
*Must have your own hand tools
*Must be friendly, professional and courteous, and have experience working with customers, vendors, and residents.
