Our growing real estate management company is seeking a qualified Repair and Maintenance Technician to work at one of our rental properties!
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-3 years minimum experience in similar role performing work orders for multifamily unit properties
-Experience working with multi-family units
– Prior plumbing, electrical drywall, repair and maintenance experience
-Must have own tools!
-Own transportation
Preferred:
-HVAC/ CPO certifications a plus
-Renovation experience
-Self motivated
-Detail oriented
-Customer service and interpersonal skills
-bilingual (Spanish) a plus
