Mission: Tzadik is looking for experienced, dynamic, roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on, Maintenance Technicians who will maintain our communities by completing work orders and turning vacant units. We are looking for skilled technicians with general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and appliance/hvac repair.
Required Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-3 years minimum experience in similar role performing work orders for multifamily unit properties
-Experience working with multi-family units
– Prior plumbing, electrical drywall, repair and maintenance experience
-Must have own tools!
-Own transportation
A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
Preferred:
-HVAC/ CPO certifications a plus
-Renovation experience
-Self-motivated
-Detail oriented
-Customer service and interpersonal skills
-bilingual (Spanish) a plus
