Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple properties each day. Properties are located in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring our homes are well maintained general repairs, preventative maintenance & inspections.
- Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance, as needed including but not limited to:
- Appliance troubleshooting
- Cable/wifi troubleshooting
- Basic HVAC repair
- Light plumbing
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members, management team and vendors.
- Be available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessary
- Provide cross-coverage when necessary to ensure urgent issues are addressed
- Maintain required maintenance performance metrics on efficiency and utilize our ticket system as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned – because every day looks different

Requirements:
- Candidates must own personal set of tools
- Candidates must have reliable transportation and phone
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Car Insurance
- Trade experience a plus (HVAC/Electrical/Roof/Plumbing)
- 4+ years property maintenance and/or construction experience.
- On call, after hour emergency services may be required.
