We are looking for a highly motivated full-time Maintenance Technician to join a service-oriented team, committed to excellence. Candidate must have the ability and work ethic to perform in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities are to assist in maintaining the community’s physical condition of the exterior and interior, as well as promoting resident satisfaction. This position involves working outside and requires participation in the on-call rotation. Must be very organized, motivated, and display a positive attitude!

Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair and punch knowledge preferred.
