Teeming Vacation Rentals manages over 240 properties in the St Pete/Clearwater Beach area. We are looking for a hard-working, skilled Maintenance Worker (Full-time) to join our maintenance team. You will help with the essential upkeep of the properties under our management. To do well in this role, you should have previous experience in maintenance, solid technical skills, be reliable, a proactive problem solver, and have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for the work. Some, but not all of your duties would include: – Service calls to diagnose issues with AC, plumbing, electrical, thermostats, toilets, faucets, outlets, blinds, leaking pipes, flappers, locks, doors, drywall patches, and much more! – Unit setup including putting together beds, hanging pictures, installing blinds, assembling furniture
Maintenance staff use a SmartPhone and apps to manage their workflow and documentation. Learning to use our maintenance applications is a must. We run a rushed, fast-paced business. If you cannot walk fast, run occasionally, work fast, triage situations, and make quick decisions, this position is not for you. The position pays $17-$19 per hour, based on skill. We offer PTO, health insurance, 6 paid holidays per year and a 401k with match.
40 hours per week. Tuesday – Saturday Must be willing to be on-call evenings 6p-10p (rotating schedule).
The candidate must be presentable and have natural social skills in order to deal directly with guests. Must live within 30 minutes of Clearwater, FL, have a valid Driver’s license, a clean driving record and agree to a background check and Drug test.
Pay range – $17 – $19/hr based on Skill
