Westminster Suncoast is looking for a FT Maintenance person to assist with the day to day maintenance of the property and residential villas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer.
- Perform basic functions that are mechanical inclined with hand tools and operate power tools.
- Change light bulbs, A/C filters, filters, and ceiling tiles.
- Hook-up sinks and toilets/urinals.
- Take temperature readings and boiler room readings. Test generator and other equipment & pumps.
- Repair minor leaks less than 1” in diameter.
- Assist as required Maintenance Mechanic/Engineer with major projects.

High School or better.
Experience

1-3 years: 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in carpentry.
